Reflection Workshop

Equality Myanmar held a reflection workshop on reviewing its work in 2020 which was held via online from 23 to 24 November.

Deputy Director Daren Said that “Every part of the organization has succeeded, in spite of the challenges. There is a lot to be proud of. And it can be therefore said that the tough times of covid19 have shown that Equality Myanmar is a strong and capable organization. You have shown your true colors. It is thanks to your commitment, cooperation, and your resilience.”

The purpose of this workshop is to create an opportunity for each team to share and learn about the most significant working experience of this year. By doing this, we can come to understand and develop ourselves, our teams, and our organization.
