A land rights awareness training, a 3-day training, was held on 13th- 15th February 2019 at Ohn Shik Pin township, in Pann Taung, Bago Region.
With the support of Saya Maung Maung Nyunt, a legal expert, a land rights researcher and our organization ” Equality Myanmar”, the training was aimed at ensuring that executive members of the Farmers Union of Pann Taung township, are able to handle the land issues systematically being encountered by local farmers and to be convenient in applying for the vacant, fallow and virgin lands without difficulties.
The training was held with the help of the Farmers Union of Pann Taung township.
