2019 Staff Refresher Training for Human Rights Trainers(staff)

2019 Staff Refresher Training for Human Rights Trainers(staff) was held with the initiative of Saya U Aung Myo Min.

Trainer, said, “I come to realize how to plan module depending on the trainees, whom we will teach, in which purpose and how to prepare.” In the training, planning 2019 work plan, modifying the curriculum (module), drawin up new curriculum and practicing the modified curriculums were done.

After that, the trainer Ko Paing Hset said, “I come to realize facilitation very well and I also expect that it can be applied in further training. After modifying child right curriculum, I ‘ve realized the basic principle of child rights very well.”

Ko Min Min Tun, a trainer, said, “When we say human rights, we study law. I come to realize the respective case and punishment. I am also aware that it is necessary to understand whether our questions to discuss are consistent with the purpose of our modules.”

The training was held on 8th -16th February 2019 at Eastern Place Hotel in Mandalay city.
